Refund & Return Policy
At Yellow Prom Dresses Shop, we want to ensure you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If the product is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please reach out to us immediately. We will address the issue by offering a return, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Dresses that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
If you need a different size, style, or color, we suggest returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
